Information in Lagoy is used to provide the app experience, maintain your administrative records, display summaries, support request status changes, generate report views, manage attachments, and respond to support inquiries.
Permissions
Lagoy may request access to certain device features only when they are needed for an action you choose:
- Camera access is used to capture photos for request attachments.
- Photo Library access is used to choose photos for request attachments.
- Microphone access is used to record voice notes for request comments.
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Lagoy does not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to a support request you send to us.
Retention and Deletion
You may edit or delete records within the app. If you delete your account, associated profile information and app-managed records are removed from the app experience. Some information may remain if you previously exported or shared it outside the app.

Lagoy uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Use
If you use Lagoy outside your country of residence, you are responsible for using the app in a way that is appropriate for your organization and applicable requirements.
